MERIDEN, CT — Members of the Crime Suppression Unit arrested Willie Brown on June 18.
Police located Brown at the Meriden Green and were aware he had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear first degree.
Brown was placed under arrest and officers found a BB gun and drug paraphernalia on his person.
He was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brown was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond for the new charges.
He was held on the failure to appear first degree warrant on a $15,000 court-set bond.
