BLAUVELT, NY — The Orangetown Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable adult.
Ilirjana Dodaj, 56, of Blauvelt, was last seen this morning at approximately 7 a.m. in the area of Western Highway.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Dodaj does not speak English and her native language is Albanian.
She does not have a cell phone or any other means of communication.
Police believe she does not have any identification or credit cards on her person.
Anyone who has seen Dodaj or has had contact with her is asked to immediately contact the Orangetown Police Department at 845-359-3700.
