SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — Members of the Special Response Team and the Special Investigations Unit executed search warrants at two locations Wednesday morning in connection with a narcotics sales investigation.
The search warrants were executed at 9:30 a.m. at Jefferson Terrace and Vanderbilt Terrace.
Teanna L. Gonzalez, 35, of Ballston Spa, was arrested as a result of the investigation.
Gonzalez was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.
She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Gonzalez had an outstanding arrest warrant for two additional counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
She was arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court and released on her own recognizance.
Police thanked the Saratoga Housing Authority for assistance with the investigation.
