PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 69-year-old man last seen more than a month ago.
Terrence Holmes was last seen June 1 at 12 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Wingohocking Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Holmes has a birth mark on his right wrist and was wearing black slacks and a dark jacket when he disappeared.
