WEST COCALICO TOWNSHIP, PA — A 48-year-old man faces multiple felony charges in connection with alleged child sexual abuse.
Edward Auker Fritz, of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, was charged July 2, 2026, by the Ephrata Police Department’s Investigations Section.
The charges include aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, indecent assault of a child less than 16 years of age, and corruption of minors.
The investigation began in February 2026 after an adult victim came forward alleging they were sexually molested by their father, Fritz, from age four to 16.
Fritz was arraigned at Magisterial District Justice Bearinger’s office.
Bail was set at $60,000 unsecured.
