RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a physical dispute on Main Street on June 23, 2026.
Troopers arrived at approximately 10:25 p.m. and identified the involved parties as Lee Dumas, 42, of Richford, and Elizabeth Keyes, 45, of Richford.
An investigation determined that Dumas had committed aggravated assault.
Dumas was issued a citation to appear in court on June 24, 2026, at 1 p.m.
