SPENCER, MA — The Spencer Police Department has investigated a video depicting child abuse that was posted on social media and has since been removed.
Police announced Monday that charges have been filed in connection with the incident.
The department said it became aware of the disturbing video after it appeared on social media.
Due to the sensitive nature of the case, police declined to provide additional details.
