HALFMOON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Glens Falls man Thursday on felony forgery charges.
Aaron B. Mondore, 49, of Glens Falls was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.
He also faces charges of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree and petit larceny, both class A misdemeanors.
Mondore is accused of uttering a forged check to a bank in Halfmoon on Oct. 31, 2025.
He allegedly stole money as a result of the forged check.
Mondore was also charged with violating an order of protection that directed him to refrain from any criminal offenses against the victim.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in Halfmoon Town Court.
Mondore was released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
