WILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested Joseph J. Rivenburgh Jr., 44, of Rensselaer on Tuesday on an arrest warrant issued by Wilton Town Court charging him with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony.
Rivenburgh is accused of stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Best Buy in Wilton on Dec. 21.
He was arraigned before Judge Chad Jerome in Wilton Town Court and returned to the custody of the Rensselaer County Jail, where he was being held on separate charges pending further proceedings in Wilton Town Court.
