MIDDLETOWN, PA — Lower Swatara Township police have charged Dustin Shane Thomas Livermore, 40, in connection with a 2024 home improvement fraud case in which a victim was allegedly deprived of $10,000.
Livermore is charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, deceptive or fraudulent business practices, and home improvement fraud, all felonies of the third degree.
Police said the charges stem from an investigation into crimes committed on the 100 block of Sunrise Drive.
An arrest warrant for Livermore was issued May 20 by Magisterial District Judge 12-2-03.
The warrant remains active, police said.
