BETHEL, CT — Bethel police are seeking the public’s help in locating Rafael Pagan-Benitez, 21.
Police said Pagan-Benitez is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
He has brown, curly hair in a mullet style, police said.
He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black shorts and a black-and-white baseball cap with an American flag on it.
