PENN YAN, NY — A man was ticketed on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Lake Street.
Jaquan B. Smith, 36, of Auburn, was stopped by Penn Yan Police.
Smith was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator and obstructed view.
He was issued tickets to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
