SCHODACK, NY — A tractor-trailer overturned on the New York State Thruway at Exit B1 on Tuesday.
State police said Victor Barroso-Cipriano, 36, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, was operating a 2020 Freightliner tractor-trailer westbound on the Thruway Berkshire Spur when he lost control and the vehicle rolled over.
Speed appears to be a contributing factor in the crash, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
The Exit B1 westbound deceleration ramp and eastbound acceleration ramps were blocked for emergency response and vehicle recovery.
Police said there were no significant traffic delays.
Barroso-Cipriano was issued tickets for vehicle and traffic law violations.
