VICTORY MILLS, NY — A woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after being found unresponsive in a running vehicle Saturday morning.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check at 4:36 a.m. on Gates Avenue for an unresponsive female in a running vehicle.
Gabrielle N. McFarren, 22, of Granville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors.
McFarren is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol content of 0.16%.
She was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Saratoga Town Court.
