WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A man faces retail theft and drug possession charges following an incident at Walmart on Thursday.
Brian Ashley Shoff, 44, of Pennsylvania, was arrested May 8 at the store located at 1000 Town Center Drive.
Shoff was arraigned on one count of retail theft, a third-degree felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a police investigation conducted at the store on May 8.
