MINERVA, NY — State Police arrested a Waterford man on harassment and stalking charges May 9, 2026.
Jeremy Prock, 44, of Waterford, faces two counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree.
Troopers responded to State Route 28 North in the town of Minerva at approximately 2:52 p.m. May 8, 2026, for reports of a domestic dispute.
The investigation determined Prock and the victim had been involved in verbal arguments over the past week.
The investigation further revealed that on May 8, 2026, Prock allegedly sent threatening text messages and made multiple phone calls to the victim.
Prock, who is currently on parole, was advised by his parole officer to turn himself in for the pending charges.
He was later located and transported to State Police Schroon Lake for processing.
Prock was arraigned in the Town of Minerva Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
