TOWN OF NIAGARA, NY — A 21-year-old man was arrested on sex offense charges following an investigation into an incident involving a 17-year-old victim.
Michael C. Guerra was taken into custody on May 12, 2026, after the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau concluded its investigation into an offense that occurred in April of 2026.
Guerra was charged with forcible touching, unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, sexual abuse in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
He was held for arraignment at the Niagara County Correctional Facility.
Guerra will be given a future court date in the Town of Niagara.
