UPPER ALLEN, PA — Upper Allen Police arrested a man on domestic violence charges following a disturbance at a residence Wednesday evening.
Lyall Lehman, 66, of Mechanicsburg, was taken into custody at approximately 6:08 p.m. in the 500 block of East Winding Hill Road.
Police responded to the residence for a reported domestic disturbance.
An investigation determined that Lehman assaulted a family member, causing bodily injury.
Lehman was charged with simple assault and harassment.
He was transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
