FREELAND, PA — Police are seeking a suspect in the theft of a motorized scooter taken from outside a retail establishment.
The Freeland Borough Police Department said the theft occurred this afternoon while the owner was inside conducting business.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the suspect’s identity to contact the department by private message.
Police are also asking the suspect to turn himself in by calling (570)636-0111, selecting option 1 for police and extension 2.
The department said cooperation could be considered when determining bail and charges.
Police are requesting the scooter be returned in its original condition.
