QUEENSBURY, NY — State Police stopped a vehicle on West Mountain Road on April 25, 2026, at about 9:12 p.m. for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.
The driver was identified as Katherine A. Riotte, 59, of Queensbury.
Riotte was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to State Police Queensbury for processing where she refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of her blood.
Further investigation determined that Riotte has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.
Riotte was issued tickets returnable to the Queensbury Town Court on May 18, 2026, and released to a sober third party.
FULTON, NY — State Police responded to reports of a disabled vehicle stopped in the roadway of West Fulton Road on April 26, 2026, at about 3:04 a.m.
The driver of the running vehicle was identified as Eoin D. Delaney, 23, of Howes Cave.
Delaney was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police Cobleskill for processing where he recorded a 0.19% BAC.
Delaney was issued tickets returnable to the Fulton Town Court on June 3, 2026, and released to a sober third party.
MAYFIELD, NY — State Police responded to a one-car rollover collision off the roadway of Dennie Loop on April 26, 2026, at about 7:30 p.m.
The driver was identified as Kent P. Montgomery, 36, of Mayfield.
Three children under the age of 16 were also located in the vehicle.
One of the children was transported to Albany Medical Center with injuries sustained during the collision.
Montgomery was arrested for three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police Mayfield for processing where he recorded a 0.12% BAC.
Montgomery was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Mayfield Town Court on May 5, 2026, and released.
