MONKTON, VT — A Bristol man was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a single-vehicle crash Thursday night.
Oskar Flemer, 31, of Bristol, was taken into custody after Vermont State Police troopers responded to Bristol Road at approximately 10:20 p.m. for a report of a crash.
Troopers made contact with Flemer at his residence.
While speaking with Flemer, troopers detected indicators of impairment, police said.
Flemer was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was released with a citation to appear at Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on May 18 at 12:30 p.m.
