CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police have issued a warrant for a woman accused of stealing items from a Target store.
Shona Dosher, 47, of Pennsylvania, is wanted on charges of retail theft and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake.
According to the Chambersburg Police Department, Dosher allegedly stole a pair of pants from the Target store located at 913 Norland Ave.
Police say she also took a wallet that had been mislaid by its owner.
The warrant was issued April 29, 2026.
Dosher is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
