GOUVERNEUR, NY — The Gouverneur Village Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual captured in a photograph.
Police released a blurry photo of the person they are seeking to identify.
Anyone with information about the individual’s identity is asked to contact the Gouverneur Village Police Department at (315) 287-2121.
