NEW CASTLE, PA — Police have issued a warrant for a man wanted on an access device fraud charge.
Gjaunisky Clark, 44, of New Castle, is being sought by the New Castle Police Department.
The warrant was issued March 20, 2026.
Clark is described as a Black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
The case has been assigned docket number CR-132-2026.
