Burglary reported in Medford Township

MEDFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police arrested a Burlington man on burglary and criminal mischief charges after he allegedly broke a window at a local business.

The Medford Township Police Department responded to SJS Title at 501 Stokes Road at 9:17 a.m. on April 23, 2026, for a report of a burglary with property damage.

Police said a suspect used a rock to break a rear window of the business at approximately 7:50 p.m. on April 22 and began to enter the building before spotting a surveillance camera and fleeing.

An investigation identified Damien Clark, 24, of Burlington, as the suspect.

Clark was located by officers on Main Street later on April 23, 2026.

He was charged with one count of burglary and one count of criminal mischief.

Clark was released on a summons pending his first court appearance.
