2 arrested after shooting in Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH — A ShotSpotter alert led to the arrest of two men following a shooting that left a driver wounded.

Manchester Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the area of Belmont and Grove Streets at approximately 11:30 p.m. on April 27, 2026.

Officers located two males walking away from the area within minutes.

One fled on foot when officers attempted to stop them but was taken into custody several blocks away.

The second male was detained and found to be in possession of a firearm.

Officers were then dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash on Massabesic Street near the Speedway gas station.

The driver was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound to his left shoulder and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Officers determined the incidents were connected as the investigation progressed.

The victim reported that one of the males spit on his vehicle, which led to a confrontation.

During the altercation, one of the males fired multiple shots at the vehicle, striking the driver.

Remey Ouellette, 23, of Manchester, was charged with First Degree Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Dominik Patrick, 22, of Manchester, was charged with Resisting Arrest.
