COLDSPRING, NY — A man was taken into custody following a domestic incident that occurred earlier this month.
Kevin M. Stafford Jr., 34, of Coldspring, was arrested April 25 at 7:41 p.m. by deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory.
Stafford Jr. was the subject of a domestic incident that occurred April 14 in the Town of Coldspring that was reported April 24.
Stafford Jr. is alleged to have caused physical injury to a person who is a protected party on an order of protection.
Stafford Jr. was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, aggravated family offense and assault in the third degree.
Stafford was arraigned in the Town of Conewango Court and released under supervision.
He is due in the Town of Coldspring Court at a later date for further proceedings.
