WEST RUTLAND, VT — A Clarendon man was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Business Route 4 early Sunday morning.
Kyle Bruno, 34, of Clarendon, was stopped by Vermont State Police troopers from the Rutland Barracks on April 26 for a motor vehicle violation.
During the stop, troopers observed indicators of impairment while speaking with Bruno.
Bruno was screened for driving under the influence and taken into custody.
He was transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for processing.
Investigation revealed Bruno’s license was under criminal suspension.
Police also determined Bruno was under court-ordered conditions of release for three previous DUI charges in 2026.
Bruno was charged with DUI second offense, six counts of violation of conditions of release, and driving with a suspended license.
He was lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail.
Bruno is scheduled to appear in Rutland court on April 27 at 12:30 p.m.
