LYONS, NY — A 33-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges following a violent disturbance that occurred April 12, 2026.
New York State Police from SP Lyons arrested Philip Michael Galek, of Lyons, after an investigation into an incident that occurred at approximately 9:05 p.m. on State Route 14 in the town of Lyons, Wayne County.

Troopers arrived on scene and took Galek into custody without incident.
Both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries, including bruising and abrasions.
