PENN YAN, NY — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on a bench warrant.
Adele M. Hunter is wanted for welfare fraud, petit larceny and bail jumping, according to the sheriff’s office.
Hunter is described as a white female born July 30, 1959, standing 5 feet tall and weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Hunter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438 or text a tip to “YATES” at 847411.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
