BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced eight arrests in its weekly report released March 11.
Theodore M. Burke, 45, of Binghamton, was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an incarcerated individual, a class E felony, following a harassment investigation in the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Rondell V. Dowdell, 37, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
Kevin P. Espe, 58, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
Michell D. Furgeson, 45, was charged with criminal trespass in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Colesville.
Jillian M. O’Rourke, 34, of Endicott, was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Union.
Junelle I. Perry, 37, of Harpursville, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
John T. Short, 57, of the Town of Triangle, was charged with bail jumping in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the Town of Barker.
Christopher J. West, 44, of Deposit, was charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, and criminal possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the Town of Colesville.
