ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop on Interstate 93 North on March 7, 2026.
Damyon Norway, 34, of St. Johnsbury, was stopped at 10:27 a.m. for a motor vehicle violation.
Police determined Norway had an active warrant for his arrest.
The warrant stemmed from a failure to appear on charges of burglary and aggravated operation without consent of owner.
Norway was arrested and processed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks.
He was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail.
