BROOME COUNTY, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Richard Stafford is wanted on a first-degree menacing charge, according to the sheriff’s office.
Stafford is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Stafford’s location is asked to contact the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
