JAMESTOWN, NY — Two people were arrested following a reported fight at the Foote Avenue Plaza on Feb. 27, 2026.
Officers assigned to the Jamestown Police Department’s Second Platoon responded to the plaza at approximately 8:42 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim seated inside a parked vehicle that had sustained visible damage.
One suspect, Jasmine Davis, was found nearby.
Investigation determined that Davis approached the victim’s vehicle, struck it, and made threats while the victim remained inside the locked car.
A second suspect, Elijah McBride, also approached the vehicle, threw items at it, and then struck the driver-side mirror, causing it to break.
The vehicle additionally sustained a broken windshield, and food debris was observed on the exterior.
Davis was taken into custody at the scene and charged with harassment in the second degree.
McBride fled prior to officers’ arrival but was located shortly thereafter at a separate location.
McBride was taken into custody on domestic violence-related charges, including criminal mischief in the third degree.
Both individuals were transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment.
