Man arrested on endangerment charges in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — Police arrested a man March 2, 2026, following a domestic dispute involving erratic driving with a child in the vehicle.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s First Platoon responded to a complaint at 1:30 p.m. regarding an incident in the area of McDaniel Avenue and Fairmount Avenue.

The victim reported that her boyfriend had been driving erratically and swerving in and out of traffic while yelling at her and acting aggressively.

A one-year-old child was also a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Officers located Emanuel J. Pagan, 29, of Jamestown, at his residence and took him into custody without incident.

Pagan was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with two counts of reckless endangerment in the second degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was held pending arraignment.
