SAUGERTIES, NY — A 39-year-old man was arrested following an ongoing stalking investigation, police said.
Vincent Neglia Jr., of Saugerties, was taken into custody on Route 32 at approximately 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.
Neglia was charged with three counts of criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony, and stalking in the second degree, also a felony.
He also faces a misdemeanor charge of stalking in the fourth degree.
Neglia was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
