WEST GOSHEN, PA — Police are searching for a 19-year-old man last seen in Chester County earlier this month.
Timothy Edward Balch was last known to be in the Phoenixville area on or about Feb. 13, according to the West Goshen Police Department.
Balch is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said Balch may have traveled to Philadelphia shortly after he was last seen.
