Three arrested on trespassing charges in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — Three people were arrested after police found them inside a condemned building on Water Street on Feb. 17, 2026.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s First Platoon responded to the address around 11:12 a.m. for a report of people entering the condemned residence.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Courtney A. Lucas, 32, Andrew Santiago, 43, and Kimberley Mazzone, 43, had trespassed inside the structure.

During a safety check of the property, officers discovered a loaded 9mm handgun outside the residence.

Lucas, Santiago and Mazzone were all arrested and charged with trespass.

Additional charges may be filed pending further investigation into possession of the handgun.
