PENN YAN, NY — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a driving while intoxicated charge.
Lucio Garcia-Perez, 45, is being sought by authorities.
Garcia-Perez is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
