SAUGERTIES, NY — A 38-year-old man was arrested following a road rage incident on Feb. 8.
The Saugerties Police Department arrested Sherry Chimni, of Saugerties, at approximately 11:20 p.m.
Following an investigation, Chimni was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony.
Chimni was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
