ROSELLE PARK, NJ — A 35-year-old woman was in critical condition after a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.
Roselle Park Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the area of Chestnut Street and East Lincoln Avenue at approximately 4:06 p.m. on Jan. 30.
Investigation revealed that a silver Chevrolet SUV was traveling southbound on the 600 block of Chestnut Street where it initially struck two parked vehicles.
The Chevrolet then continued traveling southbound on Chestnut Street where it rear-ended a utility truck at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Lincoln Avenue.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a woman from Roselle Park, was found to be unconscious.
Union County EMS and Roselle Park Fire Department arrived on scene to assist.
The victim was treated on scene and ultimately transported to University Hospital.
The crash is currently under investigation.
