ONEIDA, NY — The Oneida City Police Department reported numerous arrests and citations between Jan. 9 and Jan. 18.
On Jan. 9, Christopher L. Collatz, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment second-degree.
On Jan. 10, Dylan J. Relyea, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
Jedediah P. Smith, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of allowing a dog to run at large.
Nicholas R. Winchester, of Sylvan Beach, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
On Jan. 12, Sabrina A. Coonrod, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment second-degree.
Nancy L. Eaton, of Oneida, was arrested for DWAI drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.
Terry G. Messenger, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for local law charges of littering and depositing of objectionable waste.
On Jan. 13, Carson D. Allen, of Oneida, was arrested for grand larceny fourth-degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle third-degree.
Daniel T. Butt, of Lenox, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal trespass third-degree.
Robert A. Harp, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of open burn.
Zachary J. Hubalek, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for circumventing an ignition interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree.
Austin L. Mennig, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of unreasonable noise.
Makenzi R. Ostrander, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of unreasonable noise.

John J. Whaley, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for grand larceny fourth-degree and conspiracy fifth-degree.
On Jan. 15, Nicholas G. Clinch, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal mischief fourth-degree.
Justin C. Dundon, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for displaying a false inspection sticker, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no/single license plate.
Matthew W. West, of Vernon, was arrested for DWAI drugs.
On Jan. 16, Courtney L. Northup, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
On Jan. 18, Amy L. Morris, of Rome, was issued a traffic ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.
