Search warrant executed in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — A narcotics investigation into drug sales ended with the execution of a search warrant on the evening of Jan. 15 at a lower apartment on Price Street.

Members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department executed the warrant, with the Jamestown Police Department SWAT team making entry into the residence.

Six people were present in the residence: Amanda Penhollow, Monroe Wilcox, Harlem Green, Kayla Lutgen, Orren Breen and Kiona Furlow.

Narcotics investigators seized 25.9 grams of fentanyl, 1.5 grams of methamphetamine, 2.4 grams of crack cocaine, scales and packaging material for the distribution of narcotics, and a .380 handgun.

Penhollow and Wilcox were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Green, Lutgen and Breen were all charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Furlow was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a firearm and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

All suspects will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
