SAUGERTIES, NY — A 35-year-old man was arrested following a dispute on Route 32 on Jan. 6.
Andrew E. Hughes, of North Salem, was taken into custody at approximately 1 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Hughes was charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and menacing in the second degree, all misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on his own recognizance.
Hughes is scheduled to appear in Saugerties Town Justice Court at a later date.
