SAUGERTIES, NY — A Kingston man was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge following a one-car crash.
Michael V. Civitarese, 31, of Kingston, was arrested at approximately 7:35 p.m. Dec. 16 by the Saugerties Police Department.
Police arrested Civitarese after investigating the motor vehicle accident.
Civitarese was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court for arraignment.
