Two charged in burglary, arson investigation in Town of Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, NY — Two people are facing multiple felony charges following a burglary and arson investigation in the Town of Binghamton, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced Dec. 26.

Anthony T. Stori II, 37, of Conklin, was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, third-degree arson, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree grand larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Allyson P. Russell, 24, of Endicott, was charged with first-degree criminal use of a firearm, first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the same investigation.

In other arrests, Joseph J. Hahn, 29, of Walton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, fourth-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotics following a traffic stop in the Village of Port Dickinson.

Jubilee D. Klimas, 22, of Walton, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia following the same traffic stop.

April Z. Gonzalez, 35, of Port Crane, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal obstruction of breathing following a domestic incident investigation in the Town of Fenton.

Kim L. Simon, 56, of Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault following a domestic incident investigation in the Town of Windsor.

Douminique Ferreira, 48, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
