Multiple arrests made in Broome County

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has announced multiple arrests made during the week of Dec. 18.

Tod T. Archibald, 63, of Starlight, Pennsylvania, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a pursuit in the city of Binghamton, town of Kirkwood and town of Windsor.

Holly J. Cox, 20, of Harpursville, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, aggravated criminal contempt, a class D felony, aggravated family offense, a class E felony, and child endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Colesville.

Ryan F. Dirig, 42, of Long Eddy, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, attempted grand larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and 16 other traffic violations following a pursuit in the city of Binghamton, town of Kirkwood and town of Windsor.

John C. Dubrava, 69, of Chenango Forks, was charged with three counts of burglary in the 3rd degree, class D felonies, and three counts of petit larceny, class A misdemeanors, following larceny investigations in the town of Chenango.

Scott A. Evanchof, 42, of Windsor, was charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony and criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, following a burglary investigation in the town of Chenango.

Haiden C. Gates, 21, of Marathon, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, four counts of criminal mischief in the 4th degree, class A misdemeanors, and harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Lisle.

Mikaella J. Markoff, 26, of Kirkwood, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the town of Windsor.

Elijah Z. Marks, 19, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the city of Binghamton.

Hector M. Rosario Jr., 50, of Binghamton, was charged with two counts of forgery in the 1st degree, a class C felony, possession of a forged instrument in the 1st degree, a class C felony, grand larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and a scheme to defraud in the 1st degree, a class E felony, following a fraud investigation in the town of Union.

Birdie L. Scott, 47, of Barton, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Lisle.

Joshua T. Shurtleff, 32, of Castle Creek, was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the town of Barker.

Joseph M. Stark, 61, of Harpursville, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Fenton.

Jason E. Traver, 43, of the town of Chenango, was charged with petit larceny, a class A
