SAUGERTIES, NY — A 19-year-old man was arrested following a dispute investigation on Nov. 30.
Leon M. Kellerhouse, of Kerhonkson, was taken into custody at about 2:45 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Kellerhouse was charged with second-degree strangulation, a felony.
He also faces misdemeanor charges of second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault.
Kellerhouse was processed at the Saugerties Police Department.
He was transported to CAP court in Kingston where he was held pending arraignment.
