CONKLIN, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Joshua T. Cottrill is wanted on a charge of escape in the third degree.
Cottrill, a white male, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last known to frequent Woodside Avenue in Conklin.
