GREECE, NY — A Rochester woman was arrested Nov. 24 after police received an alert for a stolen vehicle on West Ridge Road.
Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop without incident.
Shykeila Russell, 35, of Rochester, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
The vehicle was recovered and returned to its owner.
Russell was processed at Greece police headquarters and transported to the county jail for arraignment in centralized arraignment court.
